I don't smack so much (from my tummy- the arms are a different story) but the jiggle can be a bit uncomfortable. A pair of tight, semi-high waisted fitted capris (I've gotten them both from Target and Walmart) over some snug, supportive undies works for me.

I wear these bad boys when I run. I have lost a lot of weight and have a lot of loose skin to the point it is uncomfortable for me to run and do anything that involves jumping (like jump rope or jumping jacks)
They fit well, they are breathable and they keep my "business" right where it needs to be :)

Ok, this is highly embarrassing but I have to ask since I haven't found an answer yet. I was much heavier than I am now and much smaller and never,ever have I lost my lower stomach. Throw pregnancy in there and the thing is going no where!! :( I'm very active and exercise at least 4 days a week which includes running. Well, when I run my stomach smacks :( It keeps me from running as fast or as hard as I want to because it's highly embarrassing :( Anyone found anything out there that doesn't cut into you or super hot that would help stop this? I tried a pair of compression shorts. I tested them at the store and they seemed to work, but the first time I wore them to boot camp, they didn't so much. I think they might have been a little big, but I don't want them digging into me at the waist either. Suggestions or personal experience welcomed!!!
