I'm fairly new to seriously working out and today was my third time to the gym this week and my first time doing strength training and I just about want to cry from being so tired. It's only 7 pm - I haven't made dinner yet and I'm so tired I want to skip my shower and go straight to bed.
(I know, I'm whining a little)
But, has anyone been in my shoes? Please, just tell me it gets easier - that I will not always feel like I'm going to crash and burn after every workout.
A little pep talk would be very welcome.
