Get your rant on hon, I know I have done the same thing, sometimes we just need to vent and shake it off. Its funny that sometime the ones that are closest don't get us all. Remember your feeling are valid and you should go ahead and feel them. If you're mad be mad but be sure to let the anger go once you have expressed it! If you're sad, hurt, frustrate whatever- own it express it and release it because holding on to isn't going to do you any good.

Thank you both very much for your comments. -hug-

I did just blog like you suggested, but I haven't locked it yet. The person I needed to rant about hasn't signed up for Sparkpeople yet, even though they say they will.

FORTIMESARROW,

I'm sorry you're having a bad day. If you wanted, you could post your vent as a blog on your spark page. You could then set your page to "private". that would only allow your spark friends to view the blog. Does your family know that you spark ? If they have no idea you're here, I'd say blog. Then if you'd like opinions or advice, post a link to your blog. I think you'll find the spark community is helpful as well as supportive.

Not knowing the situation, I will give you one piece of advice a friend of mine gives me. "Why do you care what other people think ?" The reason these people are upsetting you is because you're allowing them too. Whatever comments they're making, you need to shrug them off and turn the other cheek. I know that's not easy, but the more you let the comments bother you, the worse you'll feel. I know what it's like to have family criticisms.

I'm just having a really rough... week, I guess. This is the second day in a row I've started crying before 10 AM. I'm so lonely, and everything my friends and family have said has only made it worse. They mean well, but being told to do the same thing over and over when those things aren't possible or don't help me the way they help them just makes me feel worse than useless.

I don't suppose anyone out there would let me vent on them? It's kind of a personal rant... Nothing I'm horribly ashamed of, but part of it is about family, and I don't like leaving stuff about people I know where other people can read.
