An omelet stuffed with veggies and some cheese.
I like green peppers and onions and a slice of cheese but any combination will work.The protein in the eggs keep you full and different veggie combination keep you from getting bored !
Also, a can of tuna, mixed with a just a bit of mayo, some mustard and lots of chopped onions, tomato, pickles, celery etc etc. It will make a HUGE bowl of tuna salad with little fat.
Again, the protein in the tuna keeps you full but adding all the veggies makes it low cal. Just a bit of mayo is the only fat.
