I want you to make another post and ask people to give 3 tips to help you lose weight (other than the obvious ones to eat less, move more) ask for specific tipe.
Here's the number one tip I have learned from successful weight loss people:
TRACK ALL YOUR FOOD! Remember weight loss is 80% of eating less and 20% exercise. Exercise is important but even in days you can't exercise, stay in your calorie range.
You can do this, but only if you take 3-5 minutes a day and continually track your food.
Sparkpeople has a great food tracker, it tells you calories, fat, carb and fiber in everything from fruit, veggies, store bought food ect.
Also, make sure to get 8 glasses of water to push out the excess fat.

Welcome to Spark People !
I'm going to give you a piece of advice that I give to all new members of SP and it's this,"Don't look at weight loss or good health with an all or nothing mentality". If the only healthy thing you did for yourself today was drink 8 glasses of water, that's still a step in the right direction.
Good health is not "all or nothing". Every little bit DOES make a difference. So, don't beat yourself up because you think you've screwed up, lack self control or will power. That's not how losing weight works. Losing weight is all about making small changes. Take baby steps literally and figuratively.
Remember, you're trying to change habits learned over a life time. That's not going to happen overnight, a week, a month or even a year. Change takes time. Thus the need to be patient with yourself and your body.
