If it's been a few weeks and the pain isn't getting better, you need to get it checked out by your doctor. They will be able to give you specific guidance on rehab based on the injury.

I started off walking to get into shape, but eventually walking could not get my heart rate into the target zone. I started mixing in jogging, then I began to get intermittent pain in my patella. About a couple weeks ago I injured my hip while looking back and still jogging forward. The pain in my hip isn't doing any better. How do I rehab it? I'm a little afraid to give it too much rest because my body has gotten used to a certain caloric intake from working out (I don't want to gain the weight I've lost) I need help please.
