I started off walking to get into shape, but eventually walking could not get my heart rate into the target zone. I started mixing in jogging, then I began to get intermittent pain in my patella. About a couple weeks ago I injured my hip while looking back and still jogging forward. The pain in my hip isn't doing any better. How do I rehab it? I'm a little afraid to give it too much rest because my body has gotten used to a certain caloric intake from working out (I don't want to gain the weight I've lost) I need help please.
