Be sure to let her know that you get out of Spark People what you put into it. If you dive into the forums, read blogs, comment on them...it's amazing how much easier this place becomes. Just reading the community forums provides so much useful information!
Remember, her journey is her own. You can't MAKE her succeed. It's her strength that will provide the fuel for her journey. Keep being a supportive sister and hopefully she'll figure this crazy SP out!

When I first started spark people... I did not find what I needed, I did not understand how it all worked and did not continue working with spark people. I restarted this past January and I find a greater understanding for the site. I got my sister to join and she is at the point I was at when I first joined...
