Perhaps if you utilize SP a wee bit more you might find that your drive to do this is rekindled. Read the Success Stories - accessed from the Drop-Down Menu in the Community tab of the toolbar above, and participate in the message boards. It is a fantastic way to get ongoing support.
Also, it may be a bit of a drag with a couple young children, but weighing all your food and entering it into the Nutrition Tracker might be all the motivation you need. I know that it was largely responsible for my weight-loss. It kept me focused, and allowed me to tweak my intake as and when necessary.
Ensure that you are eating enough for what you are doing. I know it may sound counter-productive, but often those consuming 1200 calories or less aren't doing their bodies any favours in achieving weight-loss. 1200 Calories is generally for an average weight woman who is sedentary. Are you breast-feeding? If so, then you need to disregard the calorie range given - a breast feeding woman needs about 600 calories extra.

Hello, Are you walking? Put those kids in a stroller and go outside for a walk, the fresh air will be good for them as well. A gym with childcare may be a good idea to look into in a month or so, you can do fitness classes like Zumba which can be fun and motivating. Also, try breaking your cardio into smaller pieces, maybe do 20-30 jumping jacks during commercials while you are watching TV? Little things add up. Whatever you do, don't give up! Good luck!

It took me over 6 months to loose my baby weight. I can relate to your struggle. Don't forget that you are looking after little one as well. The easiest way to squeeze your cardio is walking. Its what i did ( as well as doing Jillian Michaels DVDs. They are short). Good luck!
seriously! pls help, friends! I've been on and off sp for a few years now.After my second delivery, its just getting so difficult to lose weight.am trying to squeeze in 30-40 mts of cardio each day.I have also bought a set of dumbells(1kg) and am trying to squeeze in the time & mojo to do it.Pls help me to get going!
