Try to focus on what feels good about your body since you lost those 16 lbs and imagine that good feeling doubled when you hit 32lbs lost. Are your clothes looser? Is your face slimmer? Are you getting compliments? Bottom line is dieting is not a lot of fun, but like childbirth there IS a big happy payoff for your time and effort. Start fresh, take a deep breath and go back to the changes in your eating lifestyle you know worked before. Sixteen pounds is a real accomplishment! Heave a sigh and accomplish one healthy, low-fat meal ... and then the next ... and the next. Good luck

Good Morning All :) I've a problem These days when it comes 2 diet and so,I guess am Losing it :S Am not as motivated as before,and I feel That I've 10 more kgs wich is huge and I still look fat and can't wear everything. I don't know what to do 2 get back on track again. I don't eat alot but we can't call it a diet.
