As I have gotten older, I've become more sensitive to ALL dairy products even hard cheese and yogurt which are my favorite foods! Is your husband taking the pill to help digest lactose products? This may help but it didn't for me. As suggested by others, you are going to have to become more creative to beat the boredom. Eggs with spinach and tomatoes for breakfast (Egg Beaters). add lots of vegetables to your protein such as onions, garlic, broccoli etc...
My problem is everything must taste good for me to eat and enjoy. Hope this helps.

Meat and vegetables is the basis of the diet. You need to vary the types of meat, and vegetables. There are 100's of variations possible.

It seems like any and all dairy bothers him, we already do the meat and vegetable thing. It gets boring after awhile. I just need some new ideas and recipes.

By "dairy sensitive" do you mean lactose intolerant?

If so yogurt is fine, so are any of the brands of milk that contain lactase, the missing enzyme required to digest milk sugar -- lactose.

Many cheeses (excluding cream "cheese") have had the lactose consumed by the bacteria that turns the milk solids into cheese, so they, too, are okay.

If you'll be a bit more explicit, I may be able to provide additional help. (I've been extremely lactose intolerant since around the age of 16.)

Why not make meat with vegetables? Tofu, quinoa, and hummus are great choices too.

I am on a low carb lifestyle but so far most of the recipes I have found and cooked have been loaded with dairy. My husband is dairy sensitive and really wants me to start finding recipes that he can tolerate better but I am having a hard time finding any. Any help would be appreciated.
