My name is Kikie and I am a 26 year old woman with 2 Children (4 & 1 ), and I am with the most amazing man in this world. Perfect life huh? So I never have been the athletic type and I absolutely hate working out. I dread every minute. Issue is my boyfriend is a personal trainer. He has always been fit (ex basketball player.) He wants me to be more fit but is not pushy at all. I want to look like my old self as well. After baby number 2 I have completely let myself go I eat fast food almost everyday and no exercise. I am 5'9 and 193lbs so because of my height I conceal most of the weight. I love this man and we plan to get married. How in the world do I change from this starch loving , fast food craving, couch potato that I am and begin showing more interest in his expertise and my health?????????
