I had a gain this week and I was not happy. I didn't think I deserved it; at least that much. I was getting depressed about it but then started thinking about how far I have come and how I feel. My clothes are fitting better, I look better and several people are finally noticing a change in me. So I say, stupid scale, you won't get me down; maybe for a little while, but I am back. I love to play music and dance around! You are never too old to bounce! emoticon emoticon
