emoticon You are an inspiration to so many! I wish you all the best with your running! Maybe signing up for a race that you can compete in, in a few months can motivate you to keep running through this busy season. And for me, running is my therapy and my 'ME' time. I hope you will let me know how you are doing!!!

Wow, CONGRATS on your wonderful success, SHINIGAMIPSYCHO! Having done such a great job you know the tools it takes to lose the weight. Have you considered going back to what you know works??? Tracking your nutrition? Becoming more active?

What I have to tell myself daily (even at maintenance) is that I am ALWAYS going to have to watch my nutrition and portions. I am ALWAYS going to have to keep active. I am ALWAYS going to have manage my stress. This is my life. Even if I wanted to lose a few more pounds, I am going to have to live a healthy lifestyle or else I will return to that place where I was 7 years ago.

Hang in there!

Well I've lost quite a significant amount of weight from four years ago but have held steady at 170 for over a year... I'm frustrated and upset about it. I'm so close to goal considering where i started and now even though I'm watching calories I cant get the motivation to exercise. I'm starting to feel like its a waste of time since its not changing anything anyway, what do i do?!
