I plan my breakfast the night before also. I find that starting with my egg white scramble-usually with spinach and a sprinkle of parmesan is my BEST way to start. Something about avoiding sugars and carbs first thing helps get me on track for the day!

I'm finding that it works best for me to plan what I'm going to eat/drink when I wake up each day. I'm less likely to stray then and I have a check list to make sure I get everything in that's on the list.
