If you think you might enjoy the class, give it a try. But, don't assume taking it will automatically help you lose weight. When it comes to weight loss or even weight gain, what matters most is what we eat. Good nutrition is what takes the weight off and keeps it off. Exercise is what keeps our bodies fit.
If you want to try piloxing, check out YOUTUBE. I'm sure someone has posted longer workouts for piloxing. If there is any workout you want to try, start with youtube. there are tens of thousands of different workouts posted.

So my fitness has dwindled and I'm feeling rather disheartened so decided to shake up my routine! I do CLX, TurboJam and Hiphop Abs as I find floor work really uncomfy, but accidentally came across piloxing. What is that?! I'm from the UK and I don't think we're on that hype yet! I've seen an ad for it by Viveca Jensen and it looks sweet! As I work 10-11hr shifts as a waitress, I was thinking of Pilates to help with muscle tension and bought a Lara Hudson DVD for around $7/£5. Any thoughts on Piloxing and what it did for you?
