Cool. When I put 60 minutes of Pilates in the Cardio tracker, it gave me 243 calories burned. Now I think I'll go for my walk and get some more.

I do track it in the Fitness tracker under Cardio & then "up" my weekly goal to compensate. I have gotten excellent sculpting results from Pilates. Plus, it's an awesome way to stretch after a run.

Pilates is not cardio, nor is it a replacement for strength training since the tenets of Pilates focuses around one's core. That being said, you can still obtain your fitness minutes credit by using your Quick Tracker on your My Fitness page. Just type in the activity and the number of minutes.
I hope this helps! Coach Nancy

Pilates is definitely a strength regime because your heart rate won't go particularly high. It does exist in the fitness tracker under cardio but 60 minutes only burns 190 calories according to SP. It focuses a lot on your core muscles and works your arms and legs as well. I don't get to do pilates as much as I like because the gym closest to me doesn't have it but it is a great workout.

I am starting Pilates tomorrow and have no idea how to log it into the fitness tracker. I have never done Pilates before.
