I usally wear workout capris and a tighter fitting tee shirt and sports bra.

I wear flared yoga pants, and a comfortable shirt either long or short sleeve. Sometimes I wear my jogging pants which are snug all over and don't ride up when our legs go in the air!
The main thing is to have clothing that moves with you and is comfortable. One woman comes in jeans, another in shorts, no matter what the weather!
But I also wear whimsical, bright colored knee high socks! I win the sock contest each week! I have fun with it and get them from "lil mismatched".

I prefer to wear fitting leggings/pants (fitted around the ankle/calf so they don't ride up) and a fitted shirt/tank. I wouldn't wear a big t-shirt unless you're ok with it riding up all class.

I love Pilates...I actually find yoga pants and a exericse shirt work well for me...I think it would depend on what makes you comfortable and whether you are doing mat, reformer or a little bit of both. Have fun!

Several members of my weight loss group have decided to take a Pilates class together. I have never tried Pilates and am looking for suggestions about clothing for this type of exercise. I want my upper arms covered. Do I just wear a big Tshirt and exercise pants? Suggestions welcome.
