I havent seen anything like that. I would love to be able to plan what I eat and be able to check it off through the day, just like the spark planned meals, just my own plan instead. Good luck with your new start. I'm right at the starting line again too.
I have been away from SparkPeople but plan on returning to this awesome site. I think there used to be an area under the meal tracker that allowed you to plan your meal. For example: for breakfast you would choose a carb, a protein, etc and you would click on what type food you wanted to complete your meal. Is that still available? It was helpful in making sure your meals are balanced.
