We can't tell you that. But you can go back to your weight goal page and update it and if you save that page, it will update your program to your current weight goal plan. This page has info on how to change your weight goal: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer.

Denise....I don't remember having you do the calculations for me. Can I go back and see what I did without having to reset the entire account? I just remember it asking me how much I wanted to lose and how many calories I wanted to consume...and then it would calculate how long that would take to achieve...I'd rather have YOU tell me what I need to lose and then how many calories I should have daily....

Hi, the program will calculate that info for you. When you set up your account with the weight loss program, you tell it your weight, height, your goal weight, and either a goal date or that you want to lose x number of pounds a week (allowed up to 2 per week). Once you go through that set-up process, your nutrition tracker will give you the nutrition goals for the goals you entered.

Can you tell me how much weight I should lose based on height and then how many calories, fat, carbs, etc. I should have daily? Or is there somewhere I could calculate this? Right now I enter the amount of weight I want to lose but then I enter in the calories I will eat. The calories I choose may not achieve that weight goal.

Thanks!
