I'm in a lower end market and trainers start around $25 per hour if you sign for multiple sessions. If you work out at a gym you can easily make up your own. Coach's, I think are mostly for motivation. Any gym should have trainers for free so you can ask questions.

$30/hr is how much I pay for mine.
Depending on where you live they can be more or less.

Rates vary greatly, depending on the gym and where you live.
