My goal for July is to bump up my cardio exercise to 5 days per week. I started today with the free walk at home video that was posted on their website. I did a 2 mile power walk. I have a couple of Leslie's videos, but I decided to change it up a bit to get myself motivated. Boy did it work! Feeling good today!
