I had a trifecta of wedding, baby shower, and social party with friends last weekend. I went over my calories (not by much) twice last week. It felt really crappy and I had to spend a ton of time at the gym to make it up. Track your food so you stay on track! You'll be happy with yourself later!
I live in Kentucky and this weekend is the Kentucky Derby, so the parties will be abundant just like the food. I gave myself a personal challenge to remember that I still choose the right things to eat and avoid those that will make me feel guilty. And somehow I think I can do it this time!!!!!
