Hi, I have specific goals related to running and jumping rope that I'd like to work on improving. Mastering double-unders and getting my 5K time below a certain number. My strategy on how to do this is still a work in progress. I'm wondering what specific performance-based goals you have for yourself?? And how are you training for those goals... what steps are in place to crush that goal?
