I really love both phases, so I would probably stick with doing 3 weeks of each rather than cutting one completely in half. The Lean phase is a bit more like Burn where you are lifting a little lighter, but going for 10-12 reps instead of the 6-8 in Push. There is also more of a cardio effect in Lean, but really great circuits!!

I was planning on doing the 90 days and then leaving for vacation but with ticket prices I leaving 2 weeks early. My question is I am half way through the 90 days do I only do 2 weeks of push and 4 weeks of lean or do I do 3 weeks of push and 3 weeks of lean. I want to do it right but I want to see the most results. Thank you.
