LEC358, have you ever heard the saying "if you build it, they will come"? You are experiencing a variation of that saying. It goes like this: "if you do consistent strength and cardio, they will notice." Just keep it up and this will happen: heads will turn, eyes will pop, and jaws will drop. Guaranteed.

A couple of weeks ago, my BF told me he noticed how my body has changed since we've started dating over a year ago (more definition, less squishy bits, etc). I figured there had been some change but he was probably exaggerating. The conversation was about our different workout regimes.
Then last night, my roommate, who I've lived with for about 1.5 years, asked me about my workout routines because she had noticed how good my body has been looking. I haven't really lost weight, just inches since I've been doing strength training and intense cardio sessions. So if she noticed, something must have changed!
