Fitbit. It's one of the most accurate pedometers that you can buy and it does so much more than a normal pedometer does. It can track steps taken, miles walked, calories burned throughout the day, stories or hills climbed, and it can even be used to monitor how well you sleep at night. It can tell you how many hours you were sedentary and how many hours you were active. It even has an eFlower that grows as you become more active to help motivate you. If you like feedback on how well you are doing then this device definitely provides it for you. It is $100 but it looks to be well worth it for anybody who wants to keep their weight under control.
