Fitbit. It's one of the most accurate pedometers that you can buy and it does so much more than a normal pedometer does. It can track steps taken, miles walked, calories burned throughout the day, stories or hills climbed, and it can even be used to monitor how well you sleep at night. It can tell you how many hours you were sedentary and how many hours you were active. It even has an eFlower that grows as you become more active to help motivate you. If you like feedback on how well you are doing then this device definitely provides it for you. It is $100 but it looks to be well worth it for anybody who wants to keep their weight under control.

The ones you find at the dollar store work pretty darn well. I paid for a pedometer app for my iPhone and as fancy as it is doesn't work as well as the dollar special.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body."

Can anyone recommend a good and accurate pedometer?
