That's okay. We all do less-than-perfect things, and thankfully, what makes or breaks us isn't individual snacks or even meals, but overall trends.

Track those oreos (you'll be stunned at how many calories are in just two) and next time you feel like overindulging, aim for 4 or fewer. The time after that, 2.

You'll get there.
