I have struggled with my weight for 20 years. Up and down, unhealthy, healthy. I have the biggest problem with patience. I have unhealthily lost significant amounts of weight and have been significantly sick because of this. And each time I find myself back in the same place of needing to lose weight. I don't want to wait....I want it now, but I am working on this as "if you do the same thing you get the same results." So, my goal is to take one day at a time, eat as healthily as I can without falling into all or nothing thinking, and to exercise, which I love. This is sooo hard!!
