There are no stupid questions. Get rid of that concept. :)

Normally, packet contents are for the food as-is, while online estimates tend to be (at least on Spark) for food ready-to-eat.

The Spark database offers 69 calories for 2oz of cooked whole-wheat pasta. Compare to your figures - if they're close it's probably for 2oz cooked. If it's offering WAY more calories, it's probably for 2oz dry.

I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question.

I'm wondering how to track pasta. I have barilla whole wheat paste and the nutritional information on the box gives information for 2oz. of the pasta but they don't mention if that is 2 ounces uncooked or cooked.

How should i go about tracking it?
