I recently went back to visit the old alma mater and went to an old favorite restaurant... now when I was in college I always got the fried food off the menu... lol!! So this time I went for the parmesan crusted salmon - and it was amazing!!! I was hoping to figure out a way to make it myself, as obviously we don't live close.
A basic recipe would be good... but I also noticed a little tang... like maybe they used some tartar sauce in there somehow? Maybe that's how they made the parmesan/breadcrumbs stick?
