I guess I should clarify, I more closely follow Primal which does allow for dairy. I didn't notice any breadcrumbs in it, where do you add them? The meat filling?

Thanks for the responses too, I really apprecaite it.

The recipe I use for moussaka contains dairy and breadcrumbs so it's definitely not Paleo-friendly.

I looked it up and it sounds close to what I made for dinner tonight. I made eggplant and chicken parmesan with five cheeses and pureed tomototes. Looks as if mousakka is eggplant with a spiced beef beef filling and then topped with a white sauce, it sounds delicious!

Hi! Not sure if anyone can help. I went to Greek Festival today and had something to eat called Moussaka (which was amazing BTW), the only problem is, I have no idea what's in it, and I'm wondering if anyone who is familiar with both Greek Food and Paleo would be able to tell me if I was okay Paleo-wise or if that was my splurge of the week. Thanks!!!
