Hi and welcome! First I hope you have talked to your doctor about exercise. With that said you could check out some exercise videos for exercises that will not use your back or at least use it very little. Otherwise check out some teams with back injuries and see what they do or recommend. Good luck on your journey

I suffer from chronic back pain, And I need to become more active. How can I get 10 mins of exercise per day with minimal pain? I know most if not all of you are not Doctors so I am open to suggestions.
