Since they are opened, follow the expiration date on the package.

In the future, open the carton and use what you need. Then freeze the rest in ice cube trays, about 1/4 cup liquid egg/ cube. Freeze, then pop out of cubes and store in zip-baggie. 1/4 cup = about 1 egg.

Does anyone know how long I can keep a carton of opened egg whites. I use them for baked oatmeal and sometimes add to a scrambled egg, but still have some left. Do I need to toss after a week or can I freeze the leftovers? I sure hate to waste them.
