Research typically focuses on benefits coming from tea coming from leaves and not from green tea flavored items. If you like the taste, no worries to including it to your balanced diet but there most likely isn't a lot of other benefit.

I'm a big fan of the Iced Arizona Green Tea with Ginseng, and I was curious if packaged green tea (it comes in the little packets you can just pour into a water bottle and shake) still has the health benefits of tea bags. Am I still speeding up my metabolism and getting the antioxidants? Or if not, does it at least count towards my water amount for the day?
