Wow, that is great information. I absolutely love the rotisserie chicken from Publix. I am also happy to hear that they were so great at responding to your requests especially because it is my grocery store of choice!

Well that's so true. Why didn't I think of that? I guess I always just eat it hot and not cold. But I do love chicken salad so that would work out great. Thanks for the tip...

But, they are great cold too. You can use them in a chicken salad or in other recipes that call for cooked chicken.

Yeah it is, and darn wouldn't you know that there's not one real close to me now in Florida. About 45 minutes so it would be cold. I can't wait to get to Knoxville. There's one 15-20 minutes from our new house. Thanks for the reminder. I think it's a difference of $6.49 (Publix) to $4.88 (Sam's). Pretty good!!

Also guys - the chciken from Sam's Club is just as awesome and cheaper!

You could use this as a base for this type of poultry, it's probably as close to basic as can be for rotisserie chicken. Enjoy!

It's easily adaptable to your local stores' rotisserie chicken! Thanks for taking the time to post this!

I am finding more and more that eating establishments and what-not are becoming more and more open to providing nutritional information of their products....it's a nice change from the usual blank stares I get when I request them!

Here is the information that I requested and was sp pleasantly surprised to receive with such 'open arms.'
