Walmart Great Value "Yellow Popping Corn" Brand Popcorn in a bag...

I eat no Microwave popcorn, I get the kernels and pop myself. Presto Air popper at Walmart $19.99best investment I ever made.
You'll be surprised to learn you forgot how good real popcorn tastes.
Snacking on popcorn can actually lower cholesterol....It's low calorie, low fat, and high in fiber. Great snack that promotes lower cholesterol levels....also has protein, minerals and vitamins… and lots of fiber. Enjoy

Orville Redenbacher makes a natural, low sodium microwave popcorn. I made some last night. It's delicious! I like to divide the leftover popcorn into plastic baggies and take to work for a mid-afternoon treat.

if you don't have an air popper you can also put the kernels in a brown paper bag that you have folded over [do not secure the bag with any metal!!!] and pop them that way. if you have quick hands and a decent pot you can put the kernels in a lidded pot and pop them on the stove with no oil or butter, you just have to watch and move the pot so that the kernels don't burn. somewhat tricky, but doable. and they also make glass and plastic air poppers for the microwave, though i have never tried either of those.

You can buy plain popcorn kernels at the grocery store and pop them in an air salt, butter or fat that way. They should be somewhere with the microwave popcorn, in a plastic bag or container.
