Thank You! I am about ready to pull my hair out!. If I climb the stairs at the office one more time, security may think I have lost my mind. Cooking is a great idea. I was looking at some of the recipes and think I will make the fruit pizza with my sons tonight! Thanks again...

I chew a lot of Sugar Free gum! Especially spearmint, which is my favorite flavor. I also try to get a smaller, healthier version of what I'm craving. If I want chocolate, I get a chocolate chip granola bar and enjoy that.
Also, try doing anything to get your mind off of it. Exercise, read a book, and (this might sound strange but...) cook. By cooking something healthy, the aroma from the food will overtake that craving and replace it with a want for that particular food.
I know, I was there last week! Good luck, and I hope this helps! :)

Ladies,
How do you handle having really bad cravings during PMS and not giving in to them? This is my biggest challenge of the week!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
