I have been very inconsistent with the food tracking. I have to work on that. Your comments really help though. Thank you DIETITIANBECKY!

Yes, your tracker is public.

I only see days for Feb 5,11,and 20....so it is really hard to say what is going on day-to-day. Your food selections appear very health. You may want to add a little more protein and drop back to the lower end of your carb range and see if that helps. You may want to add fiber to your tracker and aim for at least 20 grams daily.

As you will see in the article, this can sometimes be related to your food choices throughout the month. If you make your food tracker public, we may be able to give more help.

Here's the short of it - I do really well with eating healthy and exercising when I am not PMSing; I am motivated to workout, eat within my calorie range, and stay away from sweets - super concious of all of these things. However, once PMS hits (about 1-2 weeks before menstruation), I lose my head - I am not motivated to workout or eat healthy. I'm hungry all the time; my brain just flips a switch or something and I feel completely out of control. No matter what I do, try to distract myself, drink water, etc. I can't seem to shake the PMS crazies and lose all of progress I have made before. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Perhaps a structured, no-fail, PMS diet??? :)
