Hi! What level impact is it? High impact? Any jumping/jogging in place?

I just got mine in the mail and actually opened it, put it in my dvd player, and did day 1. I loved it! I want to get started on this type of activity, but feel like an idiot jumping around, or have limited space in my living room. None of that was a problem with this DVD. It's only 12 minutes, but my heart rate really got pumped up. It might be something great to get your heartbeat up and then do another type of exercise. Anyway, I'm just on day one. Tonight I'll do day 2. I am looking forward to it because I am not in shape and this appears to be something I can stick with.

I got the 6 set DVD, Did the first on program yesterday. Watched the intro to the rest of the week to know what its like.
I like the one I did, and they all look different from day to day.

They are nice an quick.
I will report back on Sunday and tell you how the six days went and if I keep up with them.

I found out about the PACE fitness just by reading in my friends sparkpage. She never told me about it, it was written in her goal description very small, along with 100 other things. I am awaiting the basic pace dvd, not the 6 set, and i will repost after exercizing with it if that helps.

There are a couple of reviews on that page now, although I'm not entirely certain they are genuine. One SP member posted a review on her blog - if you do the SP search you should be able to find it. I think her screen name is BEXARAVEN.

As to the book, I borrowed it from the library and wasn't impressed by it - the author needed a good editor as well as an experienced ghost writer, in my opinion. If it's available in your library, check it out for yourself but I'm not sure I'd spend $$ on it.

I am very interested in the PACE system, too, and am considering purchasing the DVDs so would love to hear from others who are using them.

I have just heard about it. I am buying one of the main dvd's and going to try it. I heard about it through one of the sparkpeople, the book is recommended also, but I will purchase it when i can. I believe its something I would like to try. How about you?
