Right! I was just reading in spark articles something similar-about the differences between a diet and a healthy lifestyle. It was stuff I already know, but it is so easy to fall into that diet-mentality and beat oneself up for over-indulging a bit too much. Part of a lifestyle change is allowing those kinds of days but not letting it totally throw you off track. It is also not deeming any food as "bad" food based on calorie content, but merely exercising wisdom with reasonable portions.
