Yes, being at a normal weight really is important when you have any medical condition. Do look up Dr. Mercola as his web site and lectures on YouTube cover much about MS.

Also, Roby Mitchell M.D./PhD is DrFitt on YouTube and he has lots of great help. I found him when my son had Testicular Cancer. Dr. Mitchell had advanced prostrate cancer and cured himself with diet and exercise.

Yesterday I was put on a daily injection for my MS. I thought I would get depressed when that finally happened, but I feel just the oposite. I see now that it's even more important for me to keep losing so I can keep moving.
