I plan my meals but then I give into mindless sudden impulses. For breakfast I had planned eggs and veggies. At the last minute I substituted bread for the veggies. It was a purely emotional choice. I wanted comfort.
I never miss a snack. I am always eating every few hours. Even if it is just an apple or carrots. It is amazing how much you get to eat and stay within your calories when it is healthy!

I always get the itch for something between 2 and 3 pm, right before my kids get home from school. I upped my protein at lunch and had a serving of beans, and it held the munchies at bay. I had a cup of coffee instead, though- this daylight savings thing kicked my butt today!
