Stress is a killer. What are you going to do next time you encounter stress.

Thanks so much for the blessings! I am more aware and read some articles on 10 other things I could of and should of done instead of what I did. I mean let's be honest, I CHOOSE, to stuff my face, the food didn't fall into my mouth!! LOL!

Thanks again! Hope your day is a wonderful one. emoticon

The plus is that now you are more aware... and perhaps will give second thought when you are again stressed.
It is great that you logged the food and made yourself accountable... Yay you!

Here's to God's Blessings on your family... Good luck!

Thanks! Your advise is correct. It's hard when your an emotional eater...It will ALWAYS be a challenge. STUFFING MY FACE, (harsh but well meant) was not going to save my daughter or her unborn (first grandchild) child's life had the situation been what the doctors had originally thought it was....

Thanks for your kind encouraging words of wisdom

God Bless

"Any advise on what to do in that kind of situation?"

Go for a walk, drink water, make some phone calls to pass the time, read.... anything but stuff your face.
Overeating 940 calories doesn't change the situation, does it?

Morning Sparksters!

Yesterday spent the day at the hospital do to my daughter in law (who is almost 7 months pregnant) getting sick (dehydrated) we were there for 12 hours and boy did I eat and eat and eat! I ate 940 calories over my daily intake! Any advise on what to do in that kind of situation?

The sad thing is I knew to stop and I just couldn't control myself! Today, I am pissed at myself and worried about what the scale is going to say to me. Talk about punishing yourself!

And how is YOUR day going!!

Have an awesome day and KEEP THE FAITH!
