Hi everyone! I've always had ups and downs with my weight. Between thyroid surgery and new meds .. I don't sleep, and I've put on 50 pounds to this already overweight body. I never sleep well. My doctor told me that when our cortisol levels are off .. we can gain weight even when we don't eat anything. I want to be healthy, so I'm trying out Dr. Oz .. and the diet listed in June 10 2013 First magazine. For the first time in 20 years, my scale has actually gone down. Gotta stick with it!
