I love oven fries! I use organic potatoes... cut them into thick slices, toss them with olive oil, sprinkle them with season salt and then roast them at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes until they are browned and a bit crispy! They are healthy and good... problem? I typically eat one to two servings off the tray in addition to the one to two servings I then put on my plate! YIKES! Last night was different. I made three servings. Put my serving on my plate and enjoyed EVERY bite with my dinner, and then I was DONE! Big step for me!
