I do a pretty good job of staying healthy by continuing outdoor activities. There are times though, that I chow down right after, and the activity becomes not beneficial. My weight goal has been met, but my management skill isn't the best. It may not be that much of a problem, but I can see it has becoming a habit. I'll be hiking all next week with some climbing involved so I'm looking forward to the management challenge. .......
