I finished working out a half-hour ago, and I am SO sore! I did the Jillian Michaels Beginner backside workout video, after doing the front side yesterday. Feeling like I overdid it! It's been a while since I did such a long workout, but I've never felt this kind of pain. I gently stretched for a good 10 minutes after I finished.
Are there any stretches I can do to make this feel better? Or any other advice to soothe the soreness, I can feel it every time I turn my head or lift either arm up. It's going to be a long, slow-moving afternoon this way.
