Orange. Always eat fresh fruit versus the fruit drink. The fresh fruit contains natural sugar plus other nutrients whereas the fruit juices are loaded with sugar additives and other concentrates. Read the label on fruit juices before you make a choice.
I follow the WW Points Plus plan. If you eat natural fruit, it is considered free food and you do not have to account for it. But, if you drink a fruit juice, you have to account for it.
Always go with fresh. It's so much better for you.
