I tried it and found it did absolutely nothing. Wish I had all that money back...

So I assume from your post that you are using the fiber supplement for hunger control and to help you feel fuller longer?

Some research is showing that a fiber supplement, does not have this result---as does the fiber in whole foods. I encourage fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, lentils, legumes, etc.

I am diabetic, and a friend of mine who beat diabetes turned me on to PGX Fiber. Do any of you use it, and what are your thoughts about it? I take it with 2 cups of water as directed, but I haven't noticed it making me feel fuller like it's supposed to.
