In my first week of my Loser Program at my gym I lost a pound and a half. Might not seem like a lot but I have lost almost 50lbs since March:-)))) So I have 15lbs to go to get to my goal weight of 115lbs!!!!!!! I LOVE this program. I came in second in the spring session and summer session I won it all-I was the Biggest Loser :-) I know my goal is attainable and am loving how I feel!!!!!! So for those who think you cannot do it- YES you can!!!!!!! I did it after a bad car accident and had to learn how to walk again. If you believe it you can do it!!!!!!!!!
